How you market the homes your listing will create the foundation upon which you secure your future listings. A consistent, quality image is essential.

This December ad shows a variety of listings organized in a clean way with brief copy and Michael LoMonaco's coined slogan: "Don't Make A Move Without Us!" This ad's look and feel was originally concepted by Michael Coman and adopted to incorporate the changes the realtor wanted to effectively market his listings.

Bill Lister effectively uses the Community Newsweeklies group. I photograph, write copy, design and place his ads. This ad ran in the Los Gatos Weekly. I highly recommend the Community Newsweeklies (Willow Glen Resident, Saratoga News, Sunnyvale Sun, Rosegarden Resident, etc.) as an excellent media for real estate.

While some ads market specific homes, all ads should market the realtor who is paying for them. In this case, the goal was to attract high-end clientele by showing higher end homes listed with Bill Lister as well as his success in bringing the bottom two homes toward final sale. This ad appeared in the Los Gatos Weekly.


Specifically geared to the Willow Glen market, this ad of Bill Lister and Nicole Holley also markets the company that designed and re-built the home: Ammirato Construction. The ad appeared in the Willow Glen Resident.
